Deb has trained in Brene Brown’s ‘Dare to Lead’ program, together with studies in Positive Psychology, and incorporates these techniques to help grow and support organisations, helping navigate tricky conversations.

An avid gin enthusiast, with a passion for sports of all kinds – in particular to her AFL team the Hawks, she feels most at home in the mountains after many years competing internationally on the ski circuit. With a love of both dance floors and karaoke, which she has learnt is best kept behind closed doors.

After many years travelling the world as a tour director (there may have been some bribery tactics perfected at certain Eastern European borders), she has found her roots back in Melbourne in true AFL territory where she cheers on her beloved Richmond Football Club. With a passion for travel through the customers eyes remaining firmly in her DNA.
